1. Who Qualifies for a Refund?
Any customer who purchased a software setup from Digital Treasures qualifies for a refund if:
- Your purchase was made within the last 30 days
- You are the original purchaser
- Your payment was legitimate (not stolen or fraudulent)
- You haven’t already received a replacement setup for the same issue
2. Refund-Eligible Scenarios

If your setup doesn’t work despite following the installation guide video, we’ll replace it or refund immediately.

Not satisfied? Simply request a refund within 30 days and we’ll process it immediately.

3. Refund-Ineligible Scenarios
The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:
❌ After 30-Day Window: Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase are not accepted.
❌ Fraudulent Payment: Purchases made with stolen or fraudulent payment methods are not refunded.
❌ Chargebacks: If you dispute the charge with your bank, your setup will be deactivated and no refund issued.
